Welcome to Joy Booster! I'm so excited to have you here for this digital experience. Here's how to get the most out of this space.
- Make a quite space for yourself. You don't need a ton of room but you want to have enough that you can stretch out.
- Grab your journal, a blanket or warm sweater and some tea
- Light a candle or turn on some soft lighting. You really want to create a space where you can totally relax
- Cue up the spotify playlist for the Joy Booster class
- Remember this isn't about getting a good workout, it's all about slowing down, unwinding, savoring the moment.
- Enjoy enjoy enjoy. These videos are yours to peruse. They will be available for a limited time only. So if you've signed up really give yourself the space to show up and take a few minutes from each day so you can recharge.
