Positive thinking, spiritual tools and chanting only goes so far if you can't get your body to feel the weight of the positive thoughts/affirmations as much as it holds the negative.

Pole dancing without the mental reframes around your body image and your sexuality don't work because you need understand the intention behind the movement in order for it to go deeper. That sexy routine is great until you forget the steps later. You need to know how to feel sexy when the steps have faded in your memory. Don't get me wrong I love a good dance class but they are best for maintence after you've gottent to the core of the problem.

I developed the "Reclaiming Your Sexy" process over a number of years of trial and error and seeing what worked best for my clients and what worked best in giving them what they needed in order to come back home to their sexy. I found this combination of coaching tools to be the magic sauce so to speak. 

  • Sensual Moving Meditation is a practice of calming the mind and body and really getting to the core of what's heavy on your body and weighing on your body. This portion of the intensive is very much like a yoga class but with slow + sultry R&B musics, candle light and special attention to allowing yourself to feel and connect to your body without inhibition. The moving meditation starts with a prompt/reflection and you're given time and space to journal throughout the segement as needed. 

  • Striptease &Sensual Floorwork is a fun and creative way fro you to learn how to get out of your head and reframe the way that you see your body right now. All participants are encouraged to bring layers of clothing from dresses and suits to your best lingerie (that maybe you hesitate to wear at home) and a pair of heels. The purpose of this section of the class is not to perfect or master the technique of striptease or floorwork but to give you a creative outlet and fun way to bring loving attention towards your body. You'll learn a sexy routine and also given the space to "strip" your layers during the group guided improvisation. This is a pro-grown woman space where we celebrate the body so participants are free to take off as much or as little as they desire without shame. 

  • Finally our Group Coaching Workshops segement of the retreat involves breaking down the real reason we often times have periods of not feeling sexy and connected to our power in the body. How to solve this disconnection without beating up on yourself. How to reclaim and take back your confidence when you are feeling really overwhelmed with self-doubt. We dive into the conversation during our intensive and as a bonus I offer two group classes post live workshop online to offer additional tools and time for Q+A. I want to make sure that you have the support you need to take that feeling from the workshop into your day to day life.

Why Should You Work With Me?

I've been working with women around body confidence and embracing their sexuality without shame for almost a decade now. In addition to my work as a sensuality coach I have been training and performing in a variety style of dance for over 20 years. My life has been dedicated to a love of movement, creative expression and using dance a vehicle to heal. 

I've also been where you're at. In every scenario listed. I have struggled through times where I didn't feel like my body was lovable. I have been in a relationship where my boundaries were being violated and I didn't know how to speak up fro myself. I have been the person hiding their body behind big clothes and/or feeling like my body shouldn't be seen because my stomach wasn't flat or I had stretch marks on my arms. And I got to a point in each of those experiences where I deccided enough was enough. I know that's why you're here right now too. You're tired of settling for not feeling good. You're tired of seeing everyone else as sexy and yourself as just not. You want to feel that thrill and that excitement of your own vibrancy. And so did I. So I stopped watiing for permission. I broke the rules that I had trapped under so that I could really live. 

I wore the bikini

I had sex in the window - hell on the balcony

I took myself out of that relationship that didn't honor my body

I only took on lovers that adored and worshipped my body

I celebrated and came back home to myself

And I want the same experience for you.
